Provider and eligibility

Eshra is provided by Eshra Technologies. Service enquiries: hello@eshra.app.

Eshra is a shared space for two adult partners with the legal capacity to use the service. Use must comply with the laws applicable to you.

Accounts

Each account belongs to one person. Linking accounts creates a shared experience; it does not grant either partner access to the other’s account or permission to change or delete it. Keep your password and verification codes private.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you add. You grant permission to store, synchronize and display it as necessary to provide the requested service. Upload only content you have the right to use and share.

Games and prompts

Games and prompts support entertainment and conversation. Their results are not professional assessments, medical or legal advice, or a judgment about your relationship.

Purchases, if applicable

Any applicable purchase is governed by the terms presented during the purchase and the rules of the relevant payment provider. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Deleting your account or removing the app does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by an external store. If you have a subscription, manage its cancellation through the store or payment provider used for the purchase. Refunds follow the applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer rights.

Account deletion

After identity verification and your final confirmation, access to your account and active sessions ends, the current shared journey closes, and your personal data enters the deletion process. Your partner’s independent account is not deleted. Data that must be retained under applicable law is handled separately and only for that purpose.

Acceptable use

• Use only your own account; do not enter your partner’s account
• Do not harass, impersonate, defraud or share unlawful content
• Do not interfere with service security or operation
• Respect privacy, intellectual property and applicable law
